From the 1st November, we have a challenge that we are doing on our Facebook page, and in our group.
- Choose a person that inspires you, or even a picture of an unknown person that you like.
- Write things about yourself that are positive, starting with “I AM…”
- Say those 5 things everyday, and see what happens. This will help improve self-esteem, self-worth
